Get your vocal warmup on in the green room before a show, in the car on the way to a recording session, while you’re doing your makeup, or use this as a daily trainer!
Complete Vocal Warmup II
Another option for a full vocal warmup or daily trainer! Exercises & structure are similar to that of Complete Vocal Warmup I, with a few new additions, twists & turns to switch things up & keep things fresh.

Full Vocal Workout II
For those looking to train more regularly, who already have familiarity with standard vocal scales, looking to take things to the next level! Do this workout multiple times weekly to increase range, improve chest voice activation, strengthen mix, and conquer bridges.

Chest Voice Workout
Great for those wanting to develop a contemporary vocal style! Most vocalists I work with looking to sing pop/rock have underdeveloped chest registers. The chest voice is an essential part of technique, helping us achieve more power & projection, larger vocal ranges, more flavorful styling, and overall vocal balance. Highly recommended for any pop singer - no matter your level.
First Bridge Workout
Great for those needing more focus on overcoming the pesky awkwardness of the first bridge! Great for those with a noticeable voice ‘break’, those who struggle pulling up chest voice, and/or those looking to strengthen their mix voice!
Vocal Health Intro
Learn the basics of straw therapy - a powerful recovery tool all vocalists need to know & implement! This workout gives you an introductory, low impact regimen to use as a warm-up and/or cooldown in seasons of high vocal demand. The Vocal Health Intro is more slow-paced, educational & instructional in order to approach vocal health needs with necessary gentleness and to ensure you get the maximum effect from your straw work!
Vocal Health Workout I
Dig into more straw therapy - a powerful recovery tool all vocalists need to know & implement! This workout gives you another low impact, highly effective regimen to use as a warm-up and/or cooldown in seasons of high vocal demand.
If you haven’t already, it is highly recommended you first get familiar with Vocal Health Intro, which gives you a greater understanding of low-larynx, semi-occluded exercises & straw therapy! If you are familiar with some vocal therapy practices, you may be able to jump right into Vocal Health Workout I.
Breathing Intro
Connect with your breath & make deep, diaphragmatic breathing more second nature! Learn how to support vocals through proper breathing. Breathing is the fundamental piece of mindfulness…the more you can unite with yourself physically, the better WHOLE experience you can have singing.
